Read that line. You just read a market. That is the skill.
The part most people get wrong on day one
Atlas is an instrument, not an oracle.
A thermometer tells you it is 39 degrees. It does not tell you whether to go outside. Same idea.
You will also see the word call. A call is Atlas saying what it thinks is happening, and putting it on the record where everyone can see it. It is not a tip. Nobody is telling you to do anything.
