Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and Rashad Global (“we,” “us,” “our”), governing your access to and use of Atlas, including the websites at rashadglobal.com and atlas.rashadglobal.com, the terminal, the Daily Atlas Brief, and all related features (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you, including the laws of your country of residence. The Service is not offered where prohibited by law.

02The Service; not advice

Atlas provides market-intelligence and educational software about digital assets. The Service does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, does not manage funds, and does not execute trades. Your use is governed by the Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All decisions and outcomes are your sole responsibility.

03Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Sign-in is passwordless (one-time email link/code); keep access to your email secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

04Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

4.1 Tiers. The Service offers a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers (“Atlas Pro”). Features and prices for each tier are described at the point of purchase.

4.2 Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We do not store your full card details; payment data is handled by Stripe under its terms and privacy policy.

4.3 Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that term, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.4 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via the customer billing portal or by contacting legal@rashadglobal.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain paid access until the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial periods are not prorated.

4.6 Price and plan changes. We may change prices or plan features. For active subscribers, price changes apply to the next renewal after reasonable advance notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

4.7 Founding pricing. If offered a locked “founding” rate, that rate applies for as long as your subscription remains continuously active, subject to these Terms. Lapsed subscriptions may not be reinstated at the founding rate.

4.8 Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated; you are responsible for any taxes assessed on your purchase.

05License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, scrape, or create derivative products from the Content or Service.

06Acceptable use

• Do not copy, redistribute, or resell the Content or access to it.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or use bots/automated means to extract Content.
• Do not share, resell, or provide access to your account.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to breach the security of the Service.
• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful activity.
• Do not misrepresent the Content as personalized advice or as your own product.

07Intellectual property

The Service, the Atlas engine, its outputs, methodology, software, design, branding (“Rashad Global,” “Atlas”), and all related IP are owned by Rashad Global or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant no ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

08Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., market-data providers, Stripe for payments, Supabase for data/auth, Resend for email, hosting providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

09Disclaimers of warranty

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any Content is accurate or reliable. See the Disclaimer.

10Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RASHAD GLOBAL AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, CAPITAL, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rashad Global and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date and/or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction of domicile, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Final governing-law and venue terms will be confirmed in the reviewed version of these Terms.

15Miscellaneous

These Terms, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
