01 · Who this is for

"I have never traded anything in my life."

Good. This assumes exactly that. It teaches you to read a public record, not to trade.

"I do not have an hour a day for this."

You do not need one. Seven lessons, five minutes each, stop and resume whenever. Nothing expires.

The last lesson tells you plainly what this will not do, and points at two other doors if this is the wrong one.

There is no step two you have to take.

Reading the market for a while and deciding nothing is a completely legitimate place to stand. The last lesson says plainly what this will not do for you, and points at the other doors, including the ones that have nothing to do with trading.
