Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE JULY 7, 2026 · DRAFT — PENDING PROFESSIONAL LEGAL REVIEW
This Privacy Policy explains how Rashad Global (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Atlas at rashadglobal.com and atlas.rashadglobal.com (the “Service”).
01Information we collect
You provide:
- Account / contact data: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in and communications). We use one-time email links/codes; we do not store passwords.
- Waitlist / marketing data: email and any information you submit via signup forms.
- Support communications: messages you send us.
Collected automatically:
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location (from IP), browser/device type, timestamps, and similar analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies: including a Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel on rashadglobal.com used to measure and optimize marketing (events such as page views, leads, and purchases). See “Cookies and tracking” below.
Payment data: when you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card and billing details directly; we do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited billing metadata (e.g., subscription status, last four digits, billing country) from Stripe.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us.
02How we use information
We use information to: (a) provide, operate, and secure the Service and your account; (b) process subscriptions and payments; (c) send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, the Daily Atlas Brief and product notices you opt into); (d) provide support; (e) measure and improve the Service and our marketing; and (f) comply with law and enforce our Terms.
03How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of account/usage data.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising pixel/measurement on the marketing site.
- Hosting/infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel and CDN/DNS providers).
We may also disclose information (a) to comply with law or valid legal process; (b) to protect our rights, users, or the security of the Service; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
04Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement (including the Meta pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required, via a consent banner.
05Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies)
Where applicable, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service, measuring marketing), consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies/marketing), and legal obligation.
06Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
07Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (including encryption in transit and provider-side encryption of credentials). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to opt out of certain processing (including targeted advertising/“sharing”), and to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any such email or by contacting us. To exercise rights, contact privacy@rashadglobal.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
09International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10Children
The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
